Developing an innovative learning concept based on “charging the professional batteries” of bank employees in order to improve and maintain their professional competence.
12,000 bankers employed in Bank Hapoalim.
Learning is performed in the work environment through short and focused micro-learning units (“learning batteries”). Each week, bankers are exposed to three short, 3-minute learning units. Each learning unit is adapted to the target audience, developed after identifying specific gaps and presenting the relevant information. As part of the project, hundreds of short, micro-learning units (quizzes, mini-courses, scenarios, learning games, etc.) were developed. This project received 26th place in the international competition for innovative learning.
